• A 50% deposit is required to schedule a service.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in service delays or cancellations.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RockSolid Turf and Landscape LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom outdoor solutions. Because our projects involve advanced planning, scheduling, and material procurement, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place:

• Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to schedule and initiate all projects, including procuring materials and securing your installation date. This non-refundable deposit confirms your agreement to proceed with the services outlined in the project estimate or contract.

In some instances, RockSolid Turf and Landscape may agree to alternative deposit arrangements at its sole discretion. Any such exception must be provided in writing.

• Project Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled start date may receive a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred (including materials ordered or delivered).

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit and may be subject to additional charges for materials and labor already committed.

• Weather & Unforeseen Delays

We reserve the right to reschedule installations due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We will always communicate promptly and reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

• Refunds for Completed Work

Due to the custom nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed work. If there is an issue with workmanship or materials, please contact us within [10] days of completion. We will evaluate and resolve valid concerns under the terms of your project warranty.

• Material Returns

Custom-ordered or special materials are not eligible for return or refund. Standard materials may be returned, subject to supplier approval and restocking fees.

 

6. Liability and Warranties

RockSolid Turf and Landscape LLCis not liable for damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to installations.

We offer a limited manufacturer's 15-year warranty on artificial turf installations and a 2-year installation warranty; details will be provided in the service agreement.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free.

 

7. Opt-In/Opt-Out Policy for Marketing Communications

We may send you promotional emails, newsletters, or other marketing communications. You can opt in or opt out at any time by:
